As a Strategic Project Manager, Tim was directly involved in shaping and executing Unilin Brazil’s strategic expansion plan. Tim’s main assignment was to develop and launch Unilin’s new collection of Quick-Step vinyl floors for the Latin American market.
Tim oversaw the complete development, importation, and successful launch of this new product at an important local trade show. He also contributed to the sales expansion in several regions and was able to identify new suppliers for key raw materials.
The Prince Albert Fund played a significant role in shaping Tim’s professional development by encouraging a shift from a fast-paced mindset to one that values reflection and creative problem-solving. “The most significant professional change was moving from a restructuring-driven commoditized industry to an entrepreneurial company”, Tim explains.
